Friend Making Monday!

FMM: Yes or No?

  5. Do you like thunderstorms? I love storms especially thunderstorms. I go out and walk in the rain when I can
  6. Can you cook? Not really. The microwave is my friend
  7. Are you – or have you – lost weight? Yes. I have lost about 60 and still working on losing more.
  8. Do you know how to read a map? Yes and I love having a map on my road trips.
  9. Do you wear makeup? Rarely. I am trying to wear it more.
  10. Do you read regularly? Yes. I love to read. Mostly I read Sci-Fi/Fantasy
  11. Are you publicly affectionate? Yes
  12. Do you like picnics? No. I am not much for the outdoors.
  13. Do you have a/c? Big time yes! I so do not like the heat.
  14. Have you ever been out of the country? Once when I drove over to the Canadian Side of Niagra Falls.
  15. Do you know how to ride a bicycle? Yes, and lately I have been thinking about getting one.

  1. I've noticed that the deals have gone downhill since the inception of Extreme Couponing. I also noticed that it's nearly impossible to find a Sunday paper anymore! It seems like people buy them all before 10am in this town.

  2. @sorryaboutyourweight Also stores are changing coupon policies in direct response to the show. I have gotten dirty looks from cashiers and other people at stores when I bring out my 10 or so coupons. When I was bigger into using coupons I would go to the recycle area by the paper and find extra coupons. I am lucky we can get the paper but always need to check to make sure there are coupons. You just have to do what you can to save it seems. I eat out w/ deals/coupons. I use the online things like groupon and such if needed. Lately we have moved to going to Aldi's and Save A Lot instead of other stores because of cost.

  3. Hi, just visiting from FMM. Wow 60 pounds!!! That is amazing. Did you do this all on your own? I really need to find a way to get motivated and drop some lbs myself.

  4. @nikkipickyI have done it on my own and great support from my family. My main motivation was wanting to not be on as many meds.
